Adult Family Home Caregiver - Full-time Weekend 9am-9pm

As a Full-Time Weekend Caregiver, you'll work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, supporting our residents to live fulfilling lives. From teaching independent living skills to facilitating fun community outings, you'll help our residents gain confidence and independence every day.
Requirements
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for community outings.
- Personality: We're looking for energetic, compassionate, and patient individuals who thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience: Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus, but we'll provide training for the right person!
- Cooking Skills: While you don't need to be a chef, some cooking skills will make mealtime even more fun!
Responsibilities
- Resident Supervision: Ensure the safety and well-being of residents, creating a caring and fun environment.
- Personal Care Support: Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene, ensuring dignity and respect.
- Medication Management: Administer medications and keep accurate records.
- Community Outings: Accompany residents to exciting activities in the community, building social skills and enhancing their quality of life.
- Meal Prep & Cooking: Help prepare meals, teach cooking skills, and make mealtimes enjoyable and educational.
- Crisis Management: Use de-escalation techniques and support residents through challenging moments with patience and empathy.
