Pay Increase: Enjoy a $1 raise at both 6 months and 12 months of employment! What You'll Do: As an Adult Family Home (AFH) Caregiver, your role will be hands-on and incredibly rewarding! You'll be there to: Empower Residents: Help residents develop skills in independent living, personal care, and community integration. Be a Positive Role Model: Teach essential life skills such as cooking, socializing, and problem-solving, all while fostering a fun and supportive atmosphere. Participate in Fun Activities: Go on exciting community outings, cook meals together, and make sure everyone is engaged and having a good time! Provide Compassionate Care: Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, and meal assistance. Use Your Crisis Management Skills: Apply the techniques you learn in training to manage challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.
