Adult Clinician - CBHC
About The Position
Riverside is seeking a passionate Adult Clinician to join our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) team! This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team of dedicated behavioral health professionals! In this vital role, the Adult Clinician will: Provide direct clinical assessment and clinical intervention for consumers of the program Facilitate an integrated team approach in the consumer’s care plan with inclusion of CBHC services provided by Peer Specialist, Care Coordinator, nursing, and psychiatry Will develop individual treatment plan for psychotherapy needs as well as a service plan which coordinates and integrates all of the components of the CBHC team members in collaboration with the consumer Support coordination of care with both Riverside and community providers external to the CBHC Outpatient Center such as DMH, ACCS, Connect 2 Recovery, and Clubhouse.
Responsibilities
