Fraser is looking for a Mental Health Professional or Clinical Trainee (pre-licensed therapist) to join our Adult Mental Health program. In this role, you will deliver clinical therapy services to adults, including outpatient therapy, group facilitation, and assessments. Fraser offers excellent training and growth opportunities!

Requirements

  • Mental Health Professional: active LICSW, LMFT, LPCC licensure
  • Clinical Trainee: pre-licensed therapist pursuing LICSW, LMFT, LPCC and completed masters degree
  • Valid Minnesota Driver's License
  • Ability to pass Minnesota DHS background check
  • Must have experience providing services to adults, couples, and families required
  • Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with a focus on culturally responsive practice

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient therapy for adult clients, primarily serving couples and families
  • Provide initial screening and assessment according to presenting need for clients with behavioral, emotional, and developmental concerns.
  • Provide other clinical services based on client and business needs.
