Develop, plan, manage, and evaluate the training offered through Adult Career Development, which is responsible for ICTC's evening and online programs for adults. Plan/oversee daily operations & continuous improvement efforts. Manage support staff. Hire & manage adjunct instructors. Ensure that career-focused training programs meet state certification mandates by managing curriculum development/update, documentation, & reporting requirements for agencies that include the Oklahoma State Department of Health, Department of Public Safety, CLEET, & Construction Industries Board. Provide the necessary academic and organizational support to expand the ACD Stilwell program and sustain continuous improvement within ACD.
