As the ADR Sous Chef, you’ll oversee daily culinary operations in the Associate Dining Room, delivering nutritious, comforting, and energizing meals with the same excellence we offer our external Guests. What You’ll Do Fuel Our Associates Lead day-to-day culinary operations in the ADR kitchen, ensuring fresh, flavorful, and nourishing meals are served at scale. Uphold standards for taste, safety, cleanliness, and consistency in all food served to Associates. Adapt menus to support health-conscious, culturally inclusive, and seasonal offerings. Ensure food presentation is appealing and inviting—even in a self-serve setting. Build + Lead a Purpose Driven Team Supervise, schedule, and develop kitchen team members to support high-volume, high-care service. Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and prep coordination to align the team. Foster a culture grounded in respect, teamwork, and pride in serving our internal Guests. Operational Excellence Manage food and labor costs in alignment with budget expectations. Oversee ordering, inventory, vendor relationships, and cost-effective supply management. Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and gaming regulations. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and HR to integrate feedback from Associate satisfaction data and dining trends.
