About The Position
KVC Kansas is seeking a Case Manager to provide direct, in-home services to children and families, with the goal of family reunification. Position Details: Hybrid Schedule 3 days in Office Evening, weekend work, and significant travel required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Services or related field
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Experience with children and families preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide services to help reunite children with their families
- Lead case planning conferences using a strengths-based approach
- Maintain accurate documentation and testify in court when necessary
