High Focus Centers in Paoli is seeking a Full-Time Therapist to join our specialized adolescent eating disorder Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This role offers the opportunity to provide structured, clinically rich care to adolescents navigating eating disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges. You’ll be part of a compassionate, multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field.
  • Completion of a clinically focused internship required.
  • Experience working with eating disorders or a strong interest in specialized training in this area.
  • Experience with adolescent populations required.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced multidisciplinary treatment setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of evidence-based modalities for eating disorder treatment (e.g., CBT-E, DBT, FBT, ACT) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate eating disorder–focused group therapy, including process, psychoeducation, and skill-building groups within the PHP setting.
  • Provide individual and family therapy to help adolescents build healthier relationships with food, body image, and self.
  • Conduct Level of Care Assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
  • Develop, maintain, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
  • Participate in daily clinical team meetings and coordinate care with dietitians, psychiatrists, nursing staff, and program leadership.
  • Ensure timely, accurate documentation in compliance with licensing and insurance requirements.
  • Support clients through meal support sessions, exposure work, and body image interventions.
  • Foster a safe, structured therapeutic environment that encourages engagement, accountability, and meaningful progress.
  • Perform additional clinical duties as assigned.
