We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Adolescent IOP Therapist to provide high-quality care within our Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). In this role, you will facilitate group therapy, provide family engagement and support, and conduct clinical assessments to help adolescents develop coping skills and work toward recovery and long-term wellness. Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM; Friday flexible daytime hours (in-person) Compensation: $53,000 – $55,000 per year (commensurate with experience and credentials)

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related Human Services field, that included the completion of a clinical based internship.
  • Previous clinical experience working with adolescents in a behavioral health or therapeutic setting preferred
  • Experience facilitating group therapy and engaging families in treatment strongly preferred
  • Strong clinical documentation, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) group therapy sessions focused on skill-building, emotional regulation, and recovery
  • Provide family engagement and support, including family sessions when clinically appropriate
  • Conduct level-of-care assessments and clinical intakes in alignment with program standards
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and the multidisciplinary team
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including participation in insurance authorization reviews
  • Participate in treatment team meetings to review client progress and coordinate care
  • Support adolescents transitioning between levels of care, including discharge and step-down planning
  • Assist with program initiatives and other clinical responsibilities as needed
