Adolescent Counselor (PHP – Daytime Role) Location: High Focus Centers – Havertown, PA Salary: $53,000–$55,000/year (based on experience and credentials) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (In-Person) About High Focus Centers High Focus Centers in Havertown is a leading provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Adolescent Counselor to join our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and outpatient team. Requirements

Education: Master’s degree in Human Services, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field (required).
Training: Completion of a clinically based internship/practicum (required).
Experience: Previous counseling experience working with adolescents in a treatment setting (required)

Responsibilities

Facilitate daytime PHP and outpatient group therapy sessions for adolescents, incorporating CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based approaches.
Conduct 6–8 Level of Care Assessments per week in accordance with program standards.
Provide individual and family therapy to support client progress and strengthen support systems.
Collaborate with clients, families, and treatment team members to develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
Participate in clinical team meetings to review client progress and coordinate care.
Complete insurance reviews and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
Support day-to-day program operations and assist with additional clinical needs as assigned.
