About The Position

CTG is seeking an experienced ADMS Test Analyst to support end-to-end testing for AspenTech OSI ADMS platforms, including SOM, OMS, and Advanced Apps, within the Energy and Utilities sector. This role focuses on validating system functionality, network models, and integrated workflows to ensure reliable operations.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months

Requirements

• Strong utility operations and distribution system testing experience.
• Expertise in ADMS platforms and integrated utility systems.
• Test case creation, execution, and defect management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in end-to-end ADMS testing in the Energy and Utilities sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT for ADMS applications (power flow, switching, FLISR, VVO/VVC, CVR, load modeling, DER).
• Validate network models and test scenarios to reflect real-world distribution operations.
• Support integrated system testing across SCADA, GIS, OMS, SOM, AMI, and ICCP.
• Create detailed test cases from operational use cases and participate in defect management and root cause analysis.
• Assist with large-scale performance and operational scenario testing to ensure ADMS reliability.
• Communicate test progress, findings, and risks to project teams.
