Summary Continual and direct patient contact. Performs diversified tasks and duties associated with inpatient admissions, surgery, emergency and outpatient registrations. Facilitate patient payments and answers the CWH Switchboard. Discusses financial responsibility with patients, maintains accurate patient account information, verifies insurance and provides excellent service to all contacts. May participate in some Financial Counseling functions. Works closely with Clinical Staff including continual communication to ensure quality patient care. IT trouble shooting for Clinical staff and Physicians. Denial Management support and research. Position Reports To: Patient Access Manager
