What You’ll Do: The Admissions Support Associate provides general support on a wide variety of duties to the Admissions department. Duties are varied, but primarily include candidates' support, application and initial screening, and teacher communications before they are assigned to their Admissions Specialist. Maintains high-quality customer service with all applicants and potential leads interested in participation and manages candidate documents, ensuring quality control of them and confidentiality. Works closely with all Admissions team members to support Admissions' needs. The Admissions Support Associate reports to the Admissions Manager and is a hybrid position with three (3) days/week in the office.
