SUMMARY Process admissions applications and evaluation of high school transcripts, ACT and SAT scores, residency changes and supporting documentation for admission into the College. Assists with other responsibilities within the Registrar's office as required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Processes prospective student applications for admission, incoming high school and GED transcripts and related forms electronically using Banner Recruit Integration Manager (BRIM) Creates data file for admissions letters Evaluation and analysis of high school GPA for English placement score and Math scores as requested Assess ad process ACT, SAT, TOEFL and IELTS scores Oversees and responds to correspondence from and to prospective and current students Uses scanning technology to update electronic files Answers telephone, provides basic information and directs calls May assist with mailings associated with student records Performs other related duties as assigned
