Community Eldercare Services (CES) is looking for an Admissions/Social Services Director to join our team! Admissions/Social Services Director duties include but are not limited to: Demonstrate commitment to the CES mission, vision, and values Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners Meet census goals and manage bed mix projections (Medicare and private pay) Oversee inquiry and admissions process, including tours and pre-admission assessments Track referrals, conduct competitive surveys, and monitor satisfaction levels Plan and host community events and promotional campaigns Coordinate welcoming of new residents and families Conduct required social work programs and maintain compliant documentation Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Collaborate with leadership to maintain family communication systems Provide training to team members on census development and referral management Other duties as assigned Benefits include but are not limited to: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401K Pet Insurance Competitive pay Career advancement opportunities Educational opportunities Our mission is to reconnect people to life through individuals serving individuals. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
5+ years’ experience in admissions or community relations required
Valid Driver’s License required
Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
Ability to travel up to 50%
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint preferred)

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Work, Business, or related field preferred
Long-term care experience preferred

Responsibilities
