Requirements

• Medical sales, healthcare admissions, call center, or high-volume client-facing experience
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Comfort working toward performance metrics

Responsibilities

• Manage 60–80 inbound calls daily
• Convert inquiries into scheduled assessments
• Educate callers on services and next steps
• Handle objections and guide structured intake conversations
• Document activity accurately in CRM/EMR systems
• Maintain timely follow-up to maximize conversions
