About The Position

As an Admissions Representative, you will play a crucial role at FHE Health by being the first point of contact for potential patients and their families. You will be responsible for providing information about our services, answering questions, and guiding them through the admissions process. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for patients into our care. This position requires a high level of professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.

Requirements

1 + year of prior addiction or mental health admissions experience
High School diploma or GED
Strong sales ability and high-quality customer service
Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
Ability to work well under pressure
Availability to work Nights and Weekends

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries from potential patients and their families via phone, email, or in-person.
Screens clients for appropriateness and eligibility
Provide information about our services, including treatment options, insurance coverage, and admission requirements.
Assist patients and families with completing necessary paperwork and forms.
Communicates between nursing/medical and admissions during overnight shift
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all admissions activities.
