The Assistant Registrar, Admissions and Records Assistant III operates under limited supervision and is responsible for overseeing and coordinating a wide range of daily tasks related to enrollment services and records management. This role supervises the Admissions and Records Assistant II, ensuring front-line services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of customer service for students, faculty, and staff. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership in managing daily workflows and must be proficient in key systems, including PeopleSoft, OnBase, Cisco Finesse, and Greymatter. This position provides essential managerial support for front desk operations at the Henderson Campus, with the flexibility to assist at any of the three CSN campuses as needed. Exceptional punctuality and consistent attendance are critical to the effective management of front desk operations, ensuring reliable support and seamless daily workflows. Through dependable managerial oversight and continuous operational support, this position significantly enhances the overall efficiency of the Office of the Registrar and contributes to consistent, high-quality service across all CSN locations.
