Frasier is hiring an Admissions Nurse (RN) to own clinical review and coordination across our continuum of care, supporting appropriate placement and smooth transitions for residents and families. This role sits at the center of the admissions process—evaluating referrals, coordinating next steps, and ensuring every admission is handled clearly, consistently, and on time.
