Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required. College degree preferred.
  • Minimum six months experience in attractions, entertainment, or other guest-facing service roles.
  • Experience leading or training team members effectively.
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills, with a fun, outgoing approach to interacting with others.
  • Passion for entertaining children and families and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Comfortable working in office and point-of-sale systems; organized and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee smooth operation of all departments including Admissions, Attractions, Food and Beverage, and Retail.
  • Delegate and monitor daily assignments for front-line staff.
  • Lead and motivate team members to be guest-obsessed and provide exemplary service.
  • Uphold all health and safety policies and ensure compliance across the team.
  • Manage queues and guest flow safely and efficiently during high-traffic periods.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest issues, collaborating with other departments as needed.
  • Organize and deliver host training in areas such as ride safety, food safety, profit protection, and retail standards; maintain training records.
  • Empower team members to deliver outstanding customer service, including guest recovery when required.
  • Evaluate workforce performance and provide coaching or escalate as needed.
  • Support the department in training, stocking, inventory control, employee engagement, and scheduling when not duty managing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to maintain smooth operations.
