About The Position
The Admissions Director is responsible for maintaining admission guidelines, marketing programs, obtaining applicant information, screening applicants, completing the admissions process, and resolving resident concerns during their transition to the center. This role is also responsible for developing census and quality mix by providing prospective residents and/or responsible parties, and referral sources with appropriate information and assistance to the nursing center.
Requirements
- Previous employment or knowledge of Long-Term Care Facility Environment
- Familiarity with long-term care and/or health care services is required
- Presents professional image through appearance, behavior and speech
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience, particularly in health care services, is preferred
