About The Position

This role involves building relationships with referral contacts, managing admissions, conducting facility tours, verifying payer sources, tracking admission activity, and completing necessary paperwork. Marquis operates 26 senior care facilities in Oregon, Nevada, and California, and provides rehab and pharmacy services nationwide, with a family of over 4,000 employees united by the purpose to be champions of every journey. Responsibilities

• Coordinating the admissions process for prospective residents to ensure that their transition to Marquis is well organized and comfortable
• Building relationships with referral contacts
• Arranging and managing admissions into the facility
• Conducting tours of the facility
• Verifying payer sources
• Tracking admission activity on a daily basis
• Preparing and completing admission paperwork
• Other related assignments
