About The Position

This role provides leadership and oversight for CenterPointe’s residential admissions process across StartingPointe and AnchorPointe programs, ensuring timely, accurate, and coordinated access to care. The position supervises Admissions Specialists and supports the clinical intake process by conducting and reviewing substance use evaluations, coordinating intake appointments, securing authorizations, and maintaining accurate residential waitlists and bed assignments. This role works closely with Program Directors, Clinical Team Leads, and external partners to manage housing requirements, payer eligibility, and admission documentation while ensuring all regulatory and confidentiality standards are met. In addition to admissions oversight, this position maintains comprehensive admission and discharge records, completes continued stay reviews, and ensures accurate closure of clinical and payer systems including Credible and CDS. The role also supports operational continuity through staff supervision, coaching, and performance management, as well as providing coverage for intake, reception, and crisis response as needed. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment while modeling professionalism, accountability, and compliance with training and documentation expectations.
