About The Position

Plans, develops, coordinates, manages, and executes the recruitment and admissions process in alignment with the institution's strategic goals. Represents the institution to prospective students with a goal of attracting, admitting, and enrolling a talented, diverse student body. May supervise staff and/or lead a program area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree by start date
  • Experience in admissions, customer service or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Professional experience in K-12 or post-secondary education
  • Proficiency in speaking and reading in a second language, preferably Spanish, Hmong, Somali or Oneida
  • Experience with software systems such as PeopleSoft, Salesforce, Image Now that support Admissions processes

Responsibilities

  • Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to effectively recruit students.
  • Recruit and counsel prospective students by providing timely and accurate information about degree options, admission procedures, general education requirements, supporting and major course requirements for available programs of study, and rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the institution.
