About The Position

Come join an amazing team here at Randolph Health Services! Part-time 1st shift, up to $28 an hour based on experience We are seeking an Admissions Coordinator to join our team! Under the supervision of the Admissions Director, the Admissions Coordinator assumes the responsibility for assisting residents (and their families) and referring agencies in securing the services they need. Assist with providing clients (prospective residents and their families and referral sources) with center and program specific information through community outreach and networking, center tours, personal visits and assessments, presentations and follow-up. As directed, may participates in specific sales and marketing team in development and implementation of the marketing/sales plan. Working as directed, assists with monitoring resident needs and service satisfaction. Assists with the evaluation and assessment of potential residents for appropriate placement. The position may also be responsible for working admission related duties in the assigned area including other facilities as needed.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalency with some formal education
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft products

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 1 year of demonstrated success in health care environment
  • Preference for individuals with at least one-year experience in admissions for long-term care facilities or rehabilitation facilities
