Requirements

• LPN certification
• Proficiency in Homecare Homebase EMR
• Knowledge of catheterization and tube feeding
• Ability to work in an office setting
• Familiarity with hospice care and office management
• Strong communication skills
• Basic life support certification
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations
• Premium skills in triage
• Relevant skills in health coaching and home care
• Homecare Homebase experience is required
• Hospice knowledge and experience
• EMR experience
• Office Management experience

Responsibilities

• Enter referrals
• Answer phones and direct clinical traffic
• Visit patients if needed
• Assist Director of Nursing with EMR management and documentation
• Run reports
• Manage data
