Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in academic advising, student affairs, or enrollment management.
  • Proficiency in accurate data entry and maintaining student records.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to listen and respond effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with financial aid processes and documentation.
  • Familiarity with student information systems and enrollment management software.
  • Background in higher education administration or student services.

Responsibilities

  • Assist prospective students and their families by providing information about admission requirements, academic programs, and financial aid options.
  • Process and maintain accurate student records, including application materials, enrollment data, and financial aid documentation.
  • Coordinate communication between applicants, academic advisors, and student affairs to ensure timely follow-up and support throughout the admissions process.
  • Manage data entry tasks with high accuracy to support enrollment management and reporting needs.
  • Support the organization and execution of admissions events, orientations, and student services activities.
