This full-time position supports both the James L. West Senior Day Program and James L. West at Home, serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients and families. Responsibilities include: answering inquiries, conducting discovery calls, scheduling day program tours and home care consultations, maintaining client records, supporting admissions, general office operations and front desk reception, scanning and uploading admissions documents, maintaining organized client files, assisting with recruitment support, light office upkeep, and shredding confidential documents.
