About The Position
The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP) is seeking an Admissions Advisor to join our enrollment team. In this role, youll help prospective students explore career-focused education and guide them through the admissions process.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly, energetic, and people-focused
- Organized, goal-driven, and ethical
- Comfortable using MS Office and related systems
- 01 year of admissions, recruiting, or sales experience
- Passion for helping others achieve career goals

Responsibilities
- Make and receive calls with prospective students
- Schedule and conduct interviews and campus tours
- Explain CHCP programs, outcomes, and student services
- Assist students with entrance assessments and Financial Aid introductions
- Evaluate student readiness based on career goals
- Follow admissions guidelines and compliance standards
- Participate in recruitment events such as open houses and orientations
- Track enrollment goals and provide accurate forecasts
- Maintain follow-up with applicants and new students
- Complete required training and become a registered Admissions Representative
