Requirements
- Experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment is highly recommended.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in technology and digital communication tools.
- Ability to connect with a diverse range of students and build positive relationships.
- A strong commitment to helping students succeed and realize their educational goals.
Nice To Haves
- Background in the beauty industry is advantageous but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students through phone calls, email correspondence, and social media outreach.
- Conduct personal consultations to understand student goals and recommend appropriate programs.
- Explain the admissions process, program details, and financial aid options clearly and comprehensively.
- Assist students in completing enrollment applications and gathering required documents.
- Manage the entire admissions process to ensure a seamless experience for every new student.
- Collaborate with the Financial Aid department to guide students through available funding options and scholarships.
- Participate in community events and recruitment fairs to promote Tricoci University and its offerings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local high schools and community organizations for recruitment initiatives.
