Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment is preferred.
- Knowledge of or a passion for the beauty industry is a significant advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfortable utilizing technology and various digital communication platforms.
- Ability to establish rapport and connect with diverse individuals.
- Commitment to supporting students in achieving their educational and career aspirations.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with prospective students through various communication methods, including phone calls, emails, and social media engagement.
- Conduct personalized interviews to assess students' aspirations and align them with appropriate academic programs.
- Provide detailed information on admissions requirements and the range of programs offered at Tricoci University.
- Assist students in completing their enrollment applications and ensure all necessary documentation is prepared accurately.
- Manage the overall admissions process to create a seamless experience for incoming students.
- Collaborate with Financial Aid representatives to educate students about their funding options.
- Participate in community recruitment events to promote Tricoci University and its offerings.
- Build relationships with local schools and organizations to enhance student outreach efforts.
