Skills/Competencies/Qualifications: · At minimum the candidate should have attained the highest degree level the campus offers. · Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using a personal/laptop computer and standard office equipment. · Competent in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and web-based platforms. · Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. · Upbeat, professional, and a collaborative team player. · Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. · Highly dependable, adaptable, empathetic, and self-aware. · Excellent time management and task prioritization skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment. · Able to maintain a calm and professional demeanor, even under pressure or in stressful situations. · Willing and able to work flexible schedules—including day, evening, and weekend hours—as needed to meet business needs. · Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time. · Prior experience in admissions or a sales-related role is required. · Demonstrated ability to represent the organization in a professional and courteous manner with students, staff, vendors, and external partners.
