Requirements
- Current RN license
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous Med-Surg experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete admission assessments and initiate care plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Coordinate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital policies
- Monitor patient status during the admission and discharge processes
- Assist floor nurses with patient care tasks as needed to maintain workflow and quality care
- Support continuity of care and patient safety
