About The Position

THE ROLE The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the overall day-to-day operations and will provide administrative support for the General Manager as assigned. This position is located at The Star, Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Work directly with the General Manager to support administrative tasks as assigned. Assist in the development of presentations including creating Power Point presentations, financial spreadsheets and special reports. Maintain General Manager calendar and venue operational calendar. Schedule department meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting recaps. Attend various staff and stadium production meetings Support the overall day-to-day administration tasks for operational departments. Requirements

  • Minimum 1- 2 years in hospitality coordinator role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office :Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point
  • Knowledge of Canva and ability to create presentations and story boards.
  • Extended work hours as needed
  • Detailed oriented and organized
  • Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Excellent Customer Service and ability to multitask
  • Creative and ability to think outside the box.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree a plus
  • Working knowledge of culinary/food & beverage
