Compensation ranges from $135,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually based upon experience. Responsibilities Essential Functions: Lead and oversee all aspects of facility operations, including administrative, clinical, and business functions. Manage financial performance, including budgets, P&L, cost containment, and revenue cycle optimization. Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and accrediting body regulations. Champion clinical quality, patient safety, and a zero-harm culture; lead quality improvement initiatives. Develop, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of clinical and operational staff. Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, medical staff, governing boards, and corporate leadership. Oversee vendor, service, and physician contracts; manage facility resources efficiently. Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership to implement growth and operational improvement initiatives. Serve as the on-site personnel director, ensuring resolution of employee concerns, grievances, and operational issues. Oversee all Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (MBS requirements, including registry submissions. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of bariatric clinical data reporting Collaborate with clinical teams to validate data and support outcome trackin Utilize MBS data to drive quality improvement initiatives and program performance Support accreditation and compliance requirements specific to bariatric surgery programs Partner with physician leadership to enhance outcomes, patient safety and program growth. Maintain compliance with quality and accreditation standards including operating as a Joint Commission-accredited, MBSAQIP-accredited, Aetna IOQ, Optum COE & Blue Distinction Center in Bariatrics. Directly supervises Clinical Director and Office Manager Indirectly supervises all facility personnel Qualifications Education, Licensure or Certification: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Equivalent healthcare leadership experience may be considered. RN license preferred but not required. CPR and ACLS certifications preferred. Work Experience or Related Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of senior administrative or healthcare management experience. 2–3+ years of ASC or outpatient surgical leadership experience preferred. Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and achieving operational goals. Proven ability to lead clinical and operational teams effectively. Demonstrated experience collaborating with physicians and medical leadership. Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and operational areas effectively. Knowledge of regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards. Ability to work in both office and clinical environments. Computer literacy and proficiency with operational reporting tools.

Requirements
