About The Position

Administrative II Analyst performing: Cost Closing/Analysis, Finished Goods and Raw Material Inventory Control, Production Reporting, Budget Preparation, Fixed Assets Analysis, Property Tax, Account Reconciliations, and other Departmental functions.

Requirements

  • BS in Accounting or Business related degree
  • 10+ years Accounting or Administrative experience performing tasks
  • Excellent Computer/Software skills (MS Office)
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Effective Communicator, both verbal & written, at all levels
  • Effective Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Organized, Focused and Detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and with interdisciplinary teams

Nice To Haves

  • Previous petrochemical industry experience preferred.
  • Sales and Use Tax experience a plus.
