About The Position

The Administrator is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of The Osborn Pavilion, overseeing daily clinical and administrative functions. In this senior leadership role, the Administrator partners closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and other organizational leaders to ensure regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, and strategic growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • NYS Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) required
  • 5–10 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care, or related setting
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality senior care services
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • High personal integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to mobilize throughout facility and stand/sit for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and operate office equipment
  • Ability to manage the emotional and mental demands of the position

Responsibilities

  • Oversee clinical department heads, including hiring, training, goal setting, and performance evaluations
  • Maintain open communication with COO through timely reporting on operations and trends
  • Support technology adoption and training for clinical teams
  • Lead operational budget development with Department Heads, COO, and CFO
  • Monitor budget compliance, efficiency, and productivity initiatives
  • Ensure full compliance with all applicable Federal and New York State codes and regulations
  • Maintain high levels of resident and family satisfaction through proactive engagement and regular surveys
  • Participate in short- and long-term organizational planning
  • Develop departmental goals and implementation plans
