The Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and day-to-day operations of the assisted living community. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality resident care and services while maintaining compliance with Wisconsin regulations, company policies, and industry standards. The Administrator leads staff, supports residents and families, manages operational performance, and fosters a positive community culture that reflects the mission and values of Platinum Communities. This position requires flexibility and availability to respond to operational needs. The Administrator participates in being on-call and must be willing to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary to ensure consistent leadership and support for the community.
