About The Position

You’ll be leading the overall operations of our independent and assisted living community, the Village at Regional West. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the day‑to‑day operations of the Village while ensuring regulatory compliance, high‑quality resident care, and a strong culture of safety and service.

This is a leadership role ideal for a licensed professional with assisted living or long‑term care experience who is passionate about resident‑centered care and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Healthcare related Associate’s Degree required
• Completion of a Nursing Home Administrator course from an accredited institution
• Ongoing continuing education (minimum of 12 hours annually)
• Active listing on the Nebraska Assisted Living Administrator Registry OR Active Nursing Home Administrator license
• American Heart Association’s BLS for Healthcare Providers required upon hire

Nice To Haves

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nebraska with restriction is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management of the assisted living facility
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing assisted living operations
• Promote resident self‑direction, independence, dignity, privacy, and individuality
• Oversee staffing, ensuring appropriate training, licensure, and coverage to meet resident needs
• Monitor resident service agreements and ensure appropriate care implementation
• Investigate and address incidents, complaints, accidents, and operational trends
• Develop, implement, and evaluate facility policies and procedures
• Ensure timely reporting and investigation of abuse, neglect, or exploitation in accordance with Nebraska statutes
• Participate in Resident Council meetings and address resident concerns
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, integrity, and engagement
• Deliver and promote excellent customer service throughout the organization
