Pediatric Nursing Specialists is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Administrator / RN Supervisor to join our home health agency and direct the daily and ongoing business operations, clinical and care teams, compliance, and growth of our agency across the State of Indiana, based in/near Indianapolis, IN. Pediatric Nursing Specialists of Indiana (PNS) is part of Home Care Network (HCN), and we are a Medicare-certified home care and home health agency existing to ensure that Hoosiers receive family-centered, community-based, coordinated care. Despite our name, we provide total patient & family support for not just children, but infants, adults, and seniors, too, serving clients across all counties in Indiana. As a leading provider of care throughout Ohio and Indiana since 1993, we have earned an excellent reputation as an employer. We are nurse-owned and locally led, meaning our patients' care, trust, and wellbeing - not profits - always come first. And for you - it also means that PNS is an environment that nurses and caregivers thrive in, allowing us to handpick the best care team members to be your peers and delight our clients. Proof that this creates a different, better environment for our team is that our employees consistently rate their satisfaction with HCN/PNS higher than other agencies - and stay with us 80% longer than the industry average. Our leadership team actively advocates at the State and Federal levels for better care policies, better working conditions, and higher pay - while at home, we support your growth and autonomy to deliver personalized care to every patient. Our back-office/business teams are built to enable your goals and the growth of your region, providing expert support in Scheduling & Client Care Support, Referral / Intake Management, Contracts & Payor Relations, EVV, Compliance & QA, Recruiting & Talent Sourcing, Marketing, and much more. While hospitals, health systems, and care facilities continue consolidating resources and asking more of middle managers and supervisors with decreased support, Home Care Network + PNS are building our network of resources internally and across the state. Together, we can empower Hoosiers with the independence they deserve - while you make a difference with an agency where you matter. Join our team of dedicated clinicians and care professionals! Make a difference in our patients' lives and take your career in a positive direction. Our Program Administrators supervise assigned team members (incl. RNs, LPNs, Home Health Aides, and Personal Care Assistants) while directing, coordinating, supervising, and implementing professional and supportive services to home health clients in a safe, cost-effective manner. Successful candidates will be professional, efficient problem solvers who work independently as well as on a team, have a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a bias for action and driving growth. This is a full-time, salaried position requiring a blend of clinical, compliance, and business growth skills. Successful applicants will be interested in long-term employment with our agency. This role will oversee clients and field staff across Northern, Central, and Southern Indiana, including Fort Wayne, Muncie, Indianapolis, Terre Haute, Bloomington, Evansville, and surrounding areas. Autonomy in a positive, client-centered culture, with excellent Quality and Compliance support + training for all caregivers and clinicians. This role includes benefits including Qualifying Health Coverage Plans (for Individual + Dependent(s)/Family), Dental & Vision Coverage Plans (for Individual + Dependent(s)/Family), PTO, quarterly bonus opportunities, mileage and travel reimbursement, teambuilding and celebration events, career advancement paths, and more. Acting in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, as well as basic principles and best practices of professional nurses, a successful Administrator / RN Supervisor ensures that patients receive the best medical care possible by overseeing their well-trained team of nurses and aides. Their purpose is to maintain safety and patient confidence by ensuring all patients' needs are addressed with the highest degree of professionalism and care, and that all policies and regulations are adhered to strictly. Further, this is a critical role that requires strong leadership abilities, excellent clinical knowledge, and effective communication skills.
