About The Position

The Ingredient Solutions Group (ISG) at Tyson Foods, Inc. is a global provider of human and animal edible ingredients that help feed the world. As a global organization, meeting the expectations of both domestic and international customers—as well as regulatory agencies—is essential to ensuring uninterrupted trade and regulatory compliance. The Export Administrator – ISG Operations is responsible for ensuring export compliance by providing timely, accurate export documentation, Certificates of Authenticity (COAs), and required information to customers and regulatory officials. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to identify discrepancies or specification issues, and effective communication across multiple departments, including Sales, Export customers, Laboratories, and divided FSQA. In addition, this position supports export‑related clerical and administrative functions, manages sample workflows across multiple production facilities and laboratories, fulfills customer requests, reviews reporting results, and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related experience or training
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or equivalent systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to follow complex work instructions and operate with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

  • One‑year certificate from a college or technical school preferred
  • Knowledge of human and animal by‑product processing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between Supervisors, Managers, Sales, regulatory officials, and export customers
  • Review and reconcile production export packets; submit documentation to the VSP Veterinarian for review and assist plants with inspection scheduling
  • Monitor, reconcile, and validate Certificates of Authenticity (COAs)
  • Respond to questions and assist with issue resolution related to export containers
  • Process, analyze, and distribute various operational and compliance reports
  • Maintain and update production databases using Microsoft Excel
  • Maintain export and operational information within Microsoft SharePoint
  • Collaborate with Food Safety & Quality Assurance teams and laboratories to adjust loading, sampling, or testing processes as needed
  • Spend time in production environments to gain a working understanding of products and export documentation processes
  • Organize and maintain export documentation and records
  • Support team members and assist coworkers as needed
