About The Position

Seeds of Faith, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to provide operational and fundraising support. This role is essential to maintaining internal systems, coordinating workflow, and ensuring smooth execution of programs and development efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain master organizational calendar
  • Track deadlines across departments
  • Coordinate internal communication
  • Organize and maintain digital file systems
  • Support payroll and HR documentation processes
  • Manage vendor communication and scheduling
  • Maintain donor database and records
  • Process and track donations accurately
  • Prepare donor acknowledgment letters
  • Assist with logistics for fundraising events
  • Support grant documentation and reporting (as directed)
  • Maintain marketing calendar
  • Coordinate deliverables between leadership and Brand Lead
  • Schedule social media posts (if applicable)
