About The Position

Are you a dynamic healthcare professional ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced hospital environment? UPMC Cole is seeking a Full-Time Administrator on Duty to join our team! This position offers a unique opportunity to support hospital operations and patient care coordination. Schedule: Night Shift Hours: 8:00PM-8:00AM Includes: Weekend & Holiday rotation Final candidates will be selected for a job title within the career ladder that reflects level of education, experience and manager discretion at time of offer.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required, with relevant leadership experience preferred.
BSN required, either at time of hire/transfer, or must be enrolled in a program within one year of hire/transfer date and completed within three years of enrollment.
Must maintain a solid/strong performer rating on annual performance review.
Basic Life Support OR Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation. ACLS preferred.
Registered Nurse (RN)
Act 33 with renewal
Act 34 with renewal
Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
Current licensure either in the state where the facility is located or, if the facility is in a state covered by the multistate Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) agreement, a multistate license issued by a participating NLC state. Hires and current employees working on an out-of-state NLC license who later change their residency to the state where the facility is also located will have 60 days upon changing their residency to apply for licensure within that state.
