Balance staffing on a shift-by-shift basis, reallocating resources as census and acuity demand and facilitates patient placement. Is a resource for problem solving and keeps Directors, Managers, and Administrators informed as appropriate to the circumstances.

Requirements

• Associates - Nursing
• Diploma - Nursing
• RN (Registered Nurse)
• APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Cardiovascular)
• Clinical Related experience

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors - Nursing
• PALS (Pediatric)
• Management experience
