About The Position

The Trading Administrative Office Manager plays a critical role in supporting the operational efficiency of the trading floor and ensuring seamless administrative and office management functions. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage complex administrative tasks while supporting the dynamic needs of a trading environment. In this role, you will provide backup administrative support to senior-level staff, assist with market data administration for Fidelity Capital Markets (FCM), manage office operations, coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, oversee seating arrangements, and handle administrative project work for operations teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of work experience in financial services.
  • Proven experience in administrative support and office management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
