About The Position
Vetter Health Services, a premier health care management company, is seeking candidates for our Administrator-In-Training/Mentorship program. Qualified candidates will have met the educational requirements to begin an Administrator-In-Training (Bachelor's Degree or minimum number of years LTC experience) or mentorship program or be newly licensed administrators. They will have demonstrated leadership skills, the ability to handle multiple projects at one time, excellent communication skills, the ability to travel and the ability to relocate upon completion of the program. Healthcare experience a plus. Requirements
- Proven leadership skills
- The ability to build relationships in and outside of the facility
- Strong working knowledge of skilled nursing care operations and regulations
- The ability to coach and provide superior leadership and direction
