About The Position

JOB SUMMARY: Train in all aspects of Center operations including leading center team, ensuring exceptional care, regulatory compliance, financial management, quality assurance, staffing, maintaining positive resident, family, employee, and regulatory agency relationships.

• Approved by Board for AIT program
• Ability to travel, as needed

Responsibilities

• Work actively with the preceptor to ensure all relevant skills are learned.
• Work with preceptor and other center leaders to develop skills in leading teams, planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of operations.
• Work with preceptor and other leaders to develop effective leadership skills including effective performance management, communication, delegation, hiring, and recognition.
• Work with preceptor and other center leaders to learn primary job functions in each department and with coordinating departments.
• Work with preceptor and other leaders to learn to read, analyze and prepare reports to measure operational functions.
