About the AIT Program Our AIT Program offers hands-on experience in the full spectrum of operations in a skilled nursing facility (SNF), preparing you to lead with confidence, integrity, and compassion. Program Highlights Duration: One Year Hands-on Rotations Across Key Departments, including: Administration Human Resources Clinical Finance Business Development and Marketing Social Services Environmental Services Core Training Areas Include: Healthcare operations Leadership Clinical & Regulatory Compliance Survey Readiness & Quality Measures Business Development and Reimbursement If you're eager to launch your career in healthcare administration, consider this exceptional opportunity! Requirements
- Passionate about healthcare

- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Eligible per state-specific licensing criteria
- Flexible schedule availability including some evenings/weekends
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
