The Administrator in Training maintains and controls community expenses, over departments under his/her direct supervision. Assists the Vice President, Senior Administrator, or Administrator with duties related to State and Federal Regulations. Actively engages with family members, residents, to problem solve and resolve community resident concerns. Communicates with the Vice President, Senior Administrator on matters needing consent/approval. Initiates evaluations and salary adjustments for direct reports. Assists with ensuring all corporate directed initiatives are implemented. Project manages a mutually agreed upon effort to improve the facility.
