Job Description: The Administrator in Training program introduces those looking to advance their career to the company’s management processes and procedures. You will work closely with the leadership team to support daily community operations. The role includes assisting with the responsibilities of both the Administrator and the Resident Care Coodinator, while becoming familiar with higher levels of care oversight and operational systems. Upon completion of training (~6 months), you should be prepared to transition into a licensed administrator position.
