Job Description: The Administrator in Training program introduces those looking to advance their career to the company’s management processes and procedures. You will work closely with the leadership team to support daily community operations. The role includes assisting with the responsibilities of both the Administrator and the Resident Care Coodinator, while becoming familiar with higher levels of care oversight and operational systems. Upon completion of training (~6 months), you should be prepared to transition into a licensed administrator position. Shift: Full-time Compensation Range: $50,000 to $70,000 per year (based on experience level) Work Location: 4444 SE Oatfield Hill Rd, Milwaukie, OR 97267

Requirements

  • You must be a U.S. citizen and reside within the State of Oregon to apply.
  • Please have reliable means of transportation/commuting to work.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification/License in Assisted Living Administration or similar (preferred)
  • Two (2) years of RCC Experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of state and federal regulations
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial management
  • Ability to handle the emotional aspects of working with seniors, especially those with memory care needs
  • Capacity to handle the physical requirements of the job, including lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and related software (preferred)
